TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ORDERING INFORMATION

Our Sales Representatives stand ready assist you with order placement and any questions you may have.

SALES TERMS

All sales are final. Pease inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Notify HHH within 5 days of receipt of goods to report shipping errors. HappyHead Hair will make corrections upon verification.

RETURN PROCESSING

Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. A Return Goods Authorization number will be issued. The merchandise will be returned at the customers’ expense. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. You wit be credited the amount you paid less a 10% restocking fee on all open stock hairpieces, a $5 restocking fee on all open stock wigs and 10% of the deal cost fee on all deals. The restocking fee for Human Hair extensions kits Is $10.  Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.


DEFECTIVE AND SHIPPING ERROR RETURNS

HappyHead Hair guarantees the quality of all merchandise. HappyHead Hair will promptly correct any issues relating to quality or shipping errors. However, HappyHead Hair will not accept returns more than 15 days from the date of the original invoice.

SHIPPING Unless otherwise requested. HappyHead Hair ships all orders USPS. Upon request we will ship your orders Two-Day Air, Three-Day Air, Next Day Air Or UPS. Federal Express and UPS Saturday delivery are available at a premium price Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE Should any order, be damaged in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:

  1. Obtain an Inspection report from your local Federal Express office.
  2. Have Federal Express return the merchandise, with receipt enclosed, back to HappyHead Hair. Under no circumstance should merchandise be returned in any other way without first consulting your salesperson.


LOST MERCHANDISE

Should merchandise be lost in transit, HappyHead Hair will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filled, and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit issued.

There will be a $30 service charge for checks/charges that are returned unpaid for any reason
